I graduated with a MSc in Photonics and Optoelectronic Devices of the Univresities Heriot-Watt and St-Andrews (Scotland) in 2005. In 2007, I started my PhD at the university of Crete in Heraklion (Greece), where I worked on the implementation of an intense broadband THz time domain spectrometer. Part of my research was on the time domain characterization of metamaterial optical switches in this frequency range. In 2011, I joined the laboratory of Materiaux et Phenomenes Quantiques (MPQ) as a postdoctoral researcher, where I worked on Quantum Cascade Lasers in the THz range. In 2012, I joined the Insitut d'Electronique Fondamentale (IEF), where I started to explore the strong coupling regime with intersubband (ISB) transitions in microcavities at Mir and THz wavelengths. In 2015, I joined the CNRS to developp a research activty in the continuity of my last postdoctorate. My work aims at demonstrating the first intersubband polaritonic laser as well as studying the time domain construction and modulation of ISB polaritons in the Mir and THz range.
