I received my Ph.D. in in physics in 2007 from Paris-11 University, I worked on the development of electrically pumped vertical external cavity surface emitting diode laser operating at telecom wavelengths. I joined Institut d'Electronique Fondamental as a Post Doc. I am currently Maître de Conference of Paris-Saclay University. I am developing my research activities at C2N on mid-Infrared optoelectronic devices. I worked on the development of active mid infrared plasmonic sources, long infrared quantum cascade laser. More recently I am working on mid infrared photodetectors and hybrid integration of new functionalities on mid-infrared quantum cascade lasers.
